Everything you need for a smooth stay.
Both doors use the same Schlage keypad code — use whichever is easier for you.
To unlock:
To lock when you leave: Press the lock button at the bottom right of the keypad — it locks without a code. From inside, you can also turn the thumbturn.
There are two Ecobee thermostats — one for the main floor and one for upstairs (each controls its own level). Tap the screen to wake it, then use the arrows to set the temperature; tap mode to switch between cool, heat, and fan. If upstairs feels warm, adjust the upstairs thermostat as well.
Ecobee thermostat helpIf part of the house loses power, the breaker panel is in the closet next to the kitchen. Look for a switch that's flipped out of line with the others, and push it firmly back to match. If that doesn't do it, message us and we'll help.
The outdoor bins are on the front-left side of the house (facing the street) — blue = recycling, green = trash. Collection is Tuesday morning, so if you're here Monday night, please roll the bins to the curb.
The washer and dryer are in the closet in the kitchen. Tide pods are provided on the shelf above the washer.
There's one TV, in the living room (no TVs in the bedrooms). The remote is on or underneath the coffee table. For streaming apps you may need to sign into your own account — please sign out before checkout.
Extra toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods are stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There's also a cleaning closet with supplies (broom, vacuum, and more) available for your use.
If anything is out of stock or missing during your stay, just let us know and we'll take care of it.
You have full, private access to the entire home — all the bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and the front porch and back deck.

If a delivery arrives or you come across a package, there's nothing you need to do — just leave it in the living room or on the kitchen counter at checkout, and we'll collect it. Thanks!
