Welcome to McDaniel

The front door is your main entry — it has a Schlage keypad.

To unlock:

1. Tap the keypad to wake it (the numbers light up).
2. Enter your 4-digit code.
3. Press the checkmark (✓) — the deadbolt unlocks.

To lock when you leave: Press the Schlage button (the logo) at the top of the keypad — it locks without a code. From inside, you can also turn the thumbturn.

• There are two parking spaces in the lot beside the house (no garage).
• The space to the left of the fence belongs to the neighbor — please don't park there or block it.
• Extra vehicles: free street parking is available along McDaniel Street.

You have full, private access to the entire home — all the bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and the front porch and back deck. There's no shared unit; the whole house is just for your group.

Checkout is by 10:00 AM (unless you've arranged a late checkout). Before you go, please:

1. Load and run the dishwasher (pods under the sink).
2. Leave used towels in the bathtub or shower.
3. Bag the trash and leave it in / next to the kitchen garbage can.
4. Lock up with the Schlage button on your way out.

If a delivery arrives or you come across a package, there's nothing you need to do — just leave it in the living room or on the kitchen counter at checkout, and we'll collect it. Thanks!
